Information we process
MicroDoc AI processes account identifiers provided through sign-in, documentary topics and project content, generated media, usage information, and connected publishing account data needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to create and store projects, operate media-generation workflows, enforce service limits, support publishing features, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Traffic analytics
With your permission, MicroDoc AI stores a random first-party browser identifier for up to one year. We use a one-way hash of that identifier to measure consenting unique browsers, page views, new and returning visits, referral domains, landing pages, country, and broad device category. We do not store IP addresses or raw browser user-agent strings in the analytics database. The master account can view aggregated results. You may decline analytics or withdraw consent through Privacy choices on the website.
Service providers
Project data may be processed by infrastructure, AI-generation, media-rendering, authentication, and publishing providers only as needed to deliver requested features.
Your choices
You may decline or withdraw analytics consent, disconnect connected publishing accounts, and request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting remy@rcegai.com.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments and operates the payment and billing pages. MicroDoc stores Stripe customer and subscription references, invoice status and amounts, membership allowances, and payment event records to manage access and support billing. MicroDoc does not receive or store your full payment card number or security code. Visit Stripe's Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
